West Star was established 12 years ago with the intention of land speculation and development. Over the years West Star has evolved into commercial real estate investment firm with a focus on retail shopping centers. West Star's portfolio includes 1.2 million sq. ft. of retail space with 3 additional centers currently under development. Rehabilitation of existing centers is also a focus of West Star. With over 1 million sq. ft. of land to be developed over the next few years, and a heavy emphasis on high-income areas for a greater return on investment.
